Khuen Ngao · Lonely Night (K-drama Rom-Com Music Video)

Logline

A deadpan heir, a clumsy angel, and a boss who finally says yes.

Note of intent

An original Thai ballad re-cut as the music video of a Korean romantic-comedy series. Jun, a deadpan hotel heir dragged to a matchmaking gala by his goofy best friend Minho, escapes to the rooftop and is literally landed on by Haneul, a clumsy trainee angel who slips off a cloud while her stern Head Angel lectures her. They waltz (he steps on her foot), fly over Bangkok, and get split up at midnight; he waits every night while rival heiress Seri tries paper wings, and Haneul files an "Application to Return to Earth" until the Head Angel stamps it APPROVED and she comes back as a human. Five characters, a side couple, and every sung shot lip-synced to the original vocal.
